Consent to Receive SMS
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our service request form or video consultation booking form, you consent to receive text messages from TruePro Home Services at the phone number you provided. You are not required to consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing any service.
Types of Messages
We send the following types of text messages:
- Appointment confirmations — confirming your service request or video consultation booking
- Technician updates — notification that your technician is en route or has arrived
- Service reminders — reminders about upcoming video consultation sessions
- Status updates — updates about your service request (confirmed, scheduled, completed)
We do NOT send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages unless you separately opt in to a marketing program.
Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 1–5 text messages per service interaction. Frequency varies based on the services you request.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from TruePro unless you re-consent.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. TruePro does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.
Carriers
Messages are sent from (877) 378-3111 via Quo/OpenPhone. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers
All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
