How to control messages
- Opt‑out: Reply STOP to any message.
- Help: Reply HELP or email service@trueprohome.com.
Message frequency
Up to 4–6 messages per appointment plus occasional promos.
Important notes
- Consent isn't required to buy our services.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- We comply with TCPA and FCC rules for consent and opt-out requirements.
Supported carriers
Our messaging service works with all major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most smaller regional carriers.
