SMS Terms

Purpose
TruePro Home Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") sends transactional and service-related text messages only to customers who have opted in. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.
Types of Messages
If you opt in to SMS updates, you may receive messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
- Service reminders
- Technician ETA notifications
- Invoice and receipt notifications
- Service status updates
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages per appointment (typically 2β5 messages per service visit).
How to Opt Out
- STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS messages.
- HELP: Reply HELP for assistance, or email service@trueprohome.com.
Important Notes
- Consent is not required to purchase or receive our services. You can always call us instead.
- Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We comply with TCPA and FCC rules for consent and opt-out requirements.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging service works with all major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and most smaller regional carriers.
