    Pricing, Deposits & Fees

    Service call & diagnostic

    • Diagnostic: $75 per appliance; credited toward repair when you approve.
    • Flat quotes: Parts + labor presented before work; no surprises.
    • Estimate validity: 30 days.

    Parts & special orders

    • Special‑order parts: 50% deposit, non‑cancelable once ordered. If a supplier accepts a return, 25% restocking and shipping apply.
    • Extra labor (when needed): stacked units, built‑ins, tight alcoves, or where uninstallation/reinstallation is required—quoted up front.

    Additional fees

    • Trip/parking/after‑hours: No extra fees by default.
    • Late payment: Balances unpaid after 10 days may incur a reasonable late charge.

    Payment methods

    Payment: Due upon completion; cards, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

    We use Jobber Payments to securely process credit and debit card transactions.

    Discounts

    15% senior & military discount (labor only). Not combinable with other offers. Please mention when booking to ensure discount is applied.

    Pricing transparency

    We believe in upfront, honest pricing. You'll know the total cost before we start any repair work, and the $75 diagnostic fee is always credited toward your repair when you proceed.
