Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Cancellation timeframes
- 24+ hours: Free to cancel or reschedule.
- Inside 24 hours: We usually waive fees; we reserve the right to charge $49 for repeat last‑minute changes or no‑shows.
How to cancel or reschedule

When fees may apply
The $49 late-change fee is rarely used and typically only applies when:
- Multiple last-minute cancellations from the same customer
- No-shows without any advance notice
- Cancellations after our technician has already departed for your location
Our scheduling flexibility
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. We work with customers to find solutions and generally waive fees when there are legitimate circumstances beyond your control.
Special-order parts
Parts that have been special-ordered for your repair cannot be cancelled once ordered from the supplier. A 50% deposit is required for special orders, and a 25% restocking fee applies if the supplier accepts returns.
