What's covered
- 90‑day parts & labor on the same failure we repaired. If the same problem returns within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge.
What's not covered
Misuse/abuse/neglect; pest/rodent damage; flood/surge; acts of God; clogs/foreign objects; consumables (filters, bulbs, some gaskets); cosmetic issues; unrelated failures; customer‑supplied parts (no part warranty; labor‑only 30 days); any work altered by another company.
Sealed‑system refrigeration
Same 90‑day term.
Old parts
We discard old parts unless you request them at the time of service.
Property damage & liability
We carry general liability insurance and work carefully. Except where prohibited, our liability is capped as stated in our Terms of Service.
How to request warranty service
Email service@trueprohome.com with your name, address, appliance, and a brief description (photos or error codes help). We'll schedule a warranty visit if appropriate.
