Oven & Range Burner Won't Light in Tarzana

Tarzana's diverse housing stock creates unique challenges for gas range maintenance. In the older ranch-style homes built throughout the 1950s and 60s along Ventura Boulevard and the surrounding flat streets, original gas lines and connections have aged alongside the appliances. Many of these homes have undergone kitchen renovations in recent decades, with homeowners installing premium brands like Wolf, Thermador, and Viking ranges that require precise gas flow and ignition timing. When burners won't light in these upgraded kitchens, it's often due to debris from construction or settling that has affected the delicate igniter components.

The hillside properties overlooking the Valley present their own set of issues.
