Rancho Santa Margarita's distinctive housing presents unique challenges for dryer performance that we see repeatedly on our south OC service route. The townhome communities along Dove Canyon and near Tijeras Creek feature compact laundry closets with stacked units and limited airflow — a setup that's perfect for lint accumulation and poor heat dissipation. When your dryer is crammed into a tight space with minimal ventilation, that hot inland air from RSM's valley location has nowhere to go, creating a cycle where overheating becomes inevitable.
