Washer Won't Start in Northridge

Here in Northridge, we see a lot of washers that suddenly won't start, and it's often tied to the unique characteristics of our San Fernando Valley neighborhood. While budget-conscious families near the university often have basic Whirlpool and GE models that are prone to door latch issues, the newer developments and updated homes closer to Devonshire Street frequently feature Samsung and LG front-loaders with more complex electronic control boards. These modern washers are particularly sensitive to power irregularities and can shut down completely as a safety measure, leaving homeowners scratching their heads when nothing happens at startup.
