Oven & Range Uneven Heating in Northridge

Northridge's diverse housing stock creates unique challenges for oven performance across the San Fernando Valley. The neighborhood's mix of 1950s-1970s ranch homes and newer developments means we see everything from original Tappan wall ovens that have been running for decades to modern Samsung and LG ranges in recently renovated kitchens near the Fashion Center. Many of the older ranch-style homes around Cal State Northridge still have their original electrical systems, which can affect oven performance when circuits become overloaded or connections loosen over time.

The Valley's extreme temperature swings put extra stress on appliances throughout Northridge.
