Dryer Loud or Squeaky in La Habra

Here in La Habra, we see a lot of noisy dryers, especially in the established ranch homes from the 1950s through 1970s that make up much of our service area. These homes often still have their original Kenmore, Whirlpool, or GE dryers that have been faithfully running for decades, but those drum rollers and idler pulleys don't last forever. The concrete slab foundations common in La Habra's older neighborhoods can actually amplify dryer noise, making that squeaking or thumping sound travel throughout the house.

The newer townhome developments we serve often have Samsung and LG units installed in tight laundry closets or second-floor locations, where noise becomes even more noticeable. We've found that the combination of La Habra's dry climate and the dust that settles in from the nearby Whittier Hills can cause lint buildup around drum components, leading to premature wear of rollers and glides. Plus, many of our customers here run their dryers frequently due to larger families in these established neighborhoods.
