Oven & Range Door Won't Close Properly in Hermosa Beach

Here in Hermosa Beach, oven door alignment issues are surprisingly common, especially in the compact beach cottages and narrow townhomes that pack The Strand and the blocks running parallel to it. These older properties often have galley kitchens where space is at such a premium that ovens get bumped, jostled, and subjected to more physical stress than they would in a typical suburban setup. We see this constantly in the tight quarters between Manhattan Avenue and the beach, where homeowners are constantly maneuvering around appliances in spaces barely wide enough for two people to pass.

The salt air coming off the pier doesn't do these door components any favors either.
