Can you check my dryer vent over video?+
Yes. We'll have you show us the lint trap, the vent connection behind the dryer, and the exterior vent hood. This alone solves many dryer issues.
Is a no-heat dryer dangerous?+
Not directly, but a clogged vent (which often causes no-heat) is a fire hazard. We prioritize checking your vent system on every dryer call.
Gas or electric — does it matter?+
Both are diagnosable on video. Gas dryers have igniter issues; electric dryers have heating element issues. We know both.
What if you can't diagnose it?+
