Do I need tools?+
Basic hand tools cover most repairs (screwdrivers, pliers, nut drivers). We'll tell you exactly what you need before the call.
What if I can't do it?+
No problem. We'll give you a cost estimate for professional repair instead. If you're in SoCal, your fee is credited toward our service.
How is this different from YouTube?+
YouTube shows a generic model. We see YOUR appliance and guide you in real time. When a bolt is stuck or a wire is in the wrong spot, we adapt instantly.
What if the repair takes longer than 30 minutes?+
Our Guided Repair plan includes 30 minutes. If you need more time, you can extend in 15-minute blocks for $29 each.
What if you can't help me fix it?+
Most repairs are completable with video guidance — we'll adapt to your skill level and tools. If we genuinely can't get you through the repair, full refund.
