Do you know error codes for my brand?+

Should I clear the code before the call?+

No. Leave the code displayed so we can see it on video. If it already cleared, write down the exact code to tell us.

What if the code doesn't match your database?+

Rare, but it happens with very new models. We'll use the code as a starting point and diagnose from symptoms. If we can't help, full refund.

What if you can't diagnose it?+
