Kenmore Dishwasher Won't Start

Kenmore dishwashers present unique challenges when diagnosing won't start issues because they're manufactured by multiple companies including Whirlpool, GE, and Frigidaire under the Kenmore brand. This means different Kenmore model series can have completely different control systems, door latch mechanisms, and electrical architectures.
