Often yes. Book before 2pm for the best chance at same-day service (routing/parts permitting). No-cool fridges and leaks are prioritized. We’ll text to confirm your window.

How does the $99 diagnostic work?

It covers travel and a full inspection. If you approve the repair during the same visit, the $99 is credited toward the repair. If a part must be ordered and we return, the credit still applies. If you decline the repair, you only pay the diagnostic.

What warranties do you offer?

90-day labor warranty on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts (typically 90 days). Warranty terms are listed on your invoice.

Do you carry parts for a same-day fix?

Our vans stock the most common refrigerator, washer, dryer, oven, and dishwasher parts for first-visit repairs. If a specialty part is needed, we’ll source it quickly and schedule the return install. Your $99 diagnostic credit still applies on the repair visit.
